The Florida Timeshare Owners Group's next meeting will be held on Sunday afternoon, 1:00PM to 5:00PM, November 11th, 2018 at the Hampton Inn, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, 975 University Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34243.

Shep serves also as the President of the Timeshare Board Members Association, formed Venture Marketing Associates, and has lent guidance to the formation of multiple timeshare owners groups, over the years.

Scott has served as Pres. of Tricom Realty Services, Chief Financial Officer for InnSeason Resorts, and co-founded the Asset & Property Management Group, which championed consumer rights and smart timeshare legislation.

Dave is a Certified Fraudulent Document Examiner, and performs timeshare closings as a title transfer agency in 23 states, Mexico, and other locations world-wide. His services include preparing title documents for deed-only closings, escrow transactions, and title insurance.
Kevin Mattoni...Principal Partner, Cunningham Property Management Corp.
Topic: "New Florida legislation regarding the termination of a resort's timeshare plan, how the HOA Board becomes the Association's Trustee, and whether to extend a resort's plan, or terminate it. These requirements and the procedure, known as the "Sunset Clauses", and how they can affect all unit-owners involved".
Kevin specializes in managing Florida timeshare resorts. His company also provides title services, and non-judicial foreclosure services, thru his consulting company, Cunningham Asset Recovery Services.
